- Junior, here's another one you need to remove. The defamatory statement(s) on qrz and republished at http://members.shaw.ca/ve7kfm/ are defamatory and will result in a civil suit of defamation per se if not removed and an apology published on qrz.com by 5PM tomorrow.

btw in most states the satute of limitations would expire after a year (jun 08) the rest should end in jun 09
