I have sworn witnesses who personally observed a conspiracy to maliciously interfere with K1MAN transmissions on 16 October 2004. Such is a felony under Sections 333 and 501 of the 1934 Communications Act. A civil lawsuit, therefore, is currently being filed in Federal District Court against K1KW, K3VR, and K4ZDH, personally, regarding this alleged conspiracy. The suit, among other things, seeks a writ of mandamus to ORDER the Justice Department to vigorously prosecute the criminal side of this matter, namely criminal violations by these hams and several other hams of Sections 333 and 501 of the 1934 Communications Act.

He is the very same ham that was on night after night with Frankie Todd who used my call WB2OTK and Pete's KC4IF for close to two years with Brian Crow being his neighbor in Pittsburgh cheering him on with his illegal activities. When the FCC was called in regard to Frankie's unlicensed operations they said they were aware of the problem and would take care of it soon. Yes sir, they took care of it by issuing the call of K3EKO to Todd, with Riley claiming he never had any complaints against Frankie Todd! Yet another one of Riley's famous lies. People like Crow always take issue with what others are doing at any given time, but never with what they are doing wrong. I think a good name for Mr. Crow would be Goody Two Shoes when it's appropriate. Rich
